Role Purpose

The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and strengthening channel partnerships for the UPL SAS in the Vadodara (Baroda)territory. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, enhancing customer engagement, and ensuring effective market execution.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales targets and drive business growth in the territory
Develop and manage a robust network of distributors, dealers, and channel partners
Promote SWAL products and ensure effective product placement in the market
Conduct regular field visits, farmer meetings, and product demonstrations
Identify new business prospects and expand customer base
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
Ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities




Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including farmers, retailers, and influencers
Ensure timely collections and credit management
Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, SCM, and Operations) for smooth execution
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market feedback

3 - 8 years of experience.
