The Grand Sona, Deoghar is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our F&B; Service Team.

Position: Bartender
Department: F&B; Service / Bar

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages as per standards.
Maintain proper bar setup, cleanliness and hygiene.
Handle guest orders professionally and provide excellent service.
Maintain bar stock, inventory and requisition records.
Follow responsible alcohol service and hotel SOPs.
Ensure proper handling of bar equipment and glassware.

Required Skills & Knowledge:
Positive knowledge of FL (Food & Liquor)
Valuable knowledge of Liquor, Beer, Wine & Cocktails
Knowledge of Bar Setup & Beverage Service
Knowledge of Bar Inventory & Stock Control
Good communication and guest-handling skills.
Relevant hotel/bar experience preferred.
