Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building production-ready Generative AI applications, integrating enterprise data sources, optimizing model performance, and deploying scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs and foundation models.
Build and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise use cases.
Develop Agentic AI and Multi-Agent workflows using contemporary orchestration frameworks.
Fine-tune and optimize open-source and commercial LLMs.
Design semantic search solutions using embeddings and vector databases.
Develop scalable APIs and AI microservices using Python frameworks.
Integrate LLMs with enterprise tools, databases, and business applications.
Optimize AI models for latency, accuracy, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Teams, and Software Engineers to deliver AI-powered business solutions.
Ensure responsible AI practices,

Document architecture, workflows, and engineering decisions.
