GENERAL MANAGER (OPERATIONS)

Qualification: MBA / PGDM
Experience: 6+ years in Operations, preferably with a large corporate hospital

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall hospital operations and administrative functions.
Ensure smooth coordination between clinical and non-clinical departments.
Monitor operational efficiency, patient experience and service quality.
Develop and implement hospital policies, SOPs and operational processes.
Manage manpower planning, departmental coordination and performance.
Ensure compliance with hospital standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor budgets, cost control and operational KPIs.




Coordinate with senior management for strategic and operational decisions.

Preferred Candidate
Experience in a large corporate hospital is mandatory.
Robust leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Robust knowledge of hospital operations and processes.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
