Role & responsibilities
Understand job requirements and prepare an effective sourcing strategy.
Source candidates through job portals, skilled networks, databases, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual discussions to assess candidate suitability.
Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, compensation, notice period, and career interests.
Share relevant candidate profiles with clients/hiring managers and coordinate interview schedules.
Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the interview and selection process.
Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Coordinate offer discussions, negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and daily/weekly recruitment reports.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Meet defined recruitment targets, turnaround times, and quality parameters.
Develop an understanding of industry trends, talent availability, and market compensation.
