We are looking for a Sales & CRM Assistant to support our software sales team in handling clients, managing leads, proposals and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Handle client enquiries and maintain regular communication.
Manage leads and client information in the CRM.
Prepare and send proposals, quotations and other sales documents.
Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the sales and development teams.
Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
Track follow-ups, pending proposals and ongoing opportunities.
Assist the sales team with day-to-day coordination and client requirements.
Maintain proper records of client communications and meeting outcomes.

Required Skills
Positive communication and client-handling skills.
Basic understanding of software/web development services.




Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Comfortable working with CRM and other business tools.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple clients and tasks.

Plus
Experience with HubSpot CRM.
Previous experience in software/IT sales or a similar role.
Knowledge of preparing software proposals and quotations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
