Maxtron Associates is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Sales & Marketing team.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, generating leads, conducting customer visits, preparing quotations, and converting leads into sales. The role requires regular field visits and solid communication and negotiation skills.

Identify and develop recent customers and business prospects.
Generate leads through field visits, calls, referrals, and other business development activities.
Visit hospitals, institutions, dealers, distributors, industries, and other potential customers.
Promote and explain Maxtron Associates products and services to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
