Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Email Support
Location: HSR Layout, Sector 5, Bangalore
Working Days: 6 Days Working (1 Rotational Week Off)
Salary: Up to ₹21,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and concerns through email in a skilled and timely manner.
Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality support and prompt responses.
Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO/Customer Support.
Languages Required: Hindi & English
Minimum 6 months of BPO/Customer Support experience
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Pay: ₹21,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
