Team Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise maintenance technicians and outside contractors.
Work Scheduling: Create daily and weekly maintenance plans, including routine checks and major repair projects.
Inspections: Inspect facilities regularly to find broken parts, safety hazards, or system failures early.
Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety rules, such as OSHA guidelines, during all repair work.
Budget & Inventory: Order equipment and supplies while helping track departmental expenses.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
