•Troubleshoot hardware components
•Manage LAN connections, Wi-Fi, and router setups.
•Install and update operating systems.

Required Candidate profile
•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT
•2 to 3 years experience in desktop support or hardware maintenance.
•Robust knowledge of assembly, and diagnostic tools.
•TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and troubleshooting.
