About the Role

NLET Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI, ROAS, CPA, and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages.
Set up and manage GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel tracking.
Implement remarketing and audience targeting strategies.
Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with design,



content, and SEO teams.

Requirements
1+ year of experience in Performance Marketing.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
Valuable analytical and reporting skills.
Robust communication and teamwork abilities.
