We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can identify, approach, and acquire new BPO processes and business prospects for the company.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads for new BPO processes and outsourcing opportunities.
Connect with potential clients, companies, and decision-makers to understand their requirements.
Acquire domestic and international BPO processes for the organization.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Conduct business presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
Coordinate with the internal operations team for process feasibility and implementation.
Achieve business development and process acquisition targets.
Maintain a database of potential clients and regularly follow up on leads.
Stay updated on market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in BPO business development, process acquisition, outsourcing,



or a related field preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into business.
Valuable understanding of BPO processes and outsourcing models.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Robust networking and relationship-building skills.
