Responsibilities
Data Collection : Gather data on facility operations including maintenance, utilities, occupancy, and vendor performance.
MIS Reporting : Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for leadership review.
Trend Analysis : Identify patterns in energy usage, maintenance costs, and space utilization.
Dashboard Creation : Develop visual dashboards using BI tools for real-time monitoring.
Compliance Tracking : Ensure facility data aligns with audit and regulatory requirements.
Vendor Performance : Track SLA adherence and escalate deviations.
Process Improvement : Recommend efficiency improvements based on data insights.
Collaboration : Work closely with facility managers, operations teams, and finance for aligned reporting.

Required Skills Competencies
Solid knowledge of MS Excel ,



Power BI , or similar analytics tools.
Ability to handle large datasets and ensure accuracy.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and presentation abilities.
Knowledge of facility operations and compliance standards.
