Job Description

Lenskart is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Optometrists to join our team as Remote Optometrists in Kochi, Kerala.

This is not a Work From Home role. The selected candidates will work from the designated Lenskart office in Kochi and provide virtual optometry consultations to customers.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct remote/virtual eye consultations and vision assessments.
Provide qualified optometric guidance to customers.
Understand customer vision requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.
Deliver a high-quality customer experience through virtual consultations.
Maintain accurate consultation and customer records.
Follow established optometry guidelines and quality standards.




Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.

Eligibility
B.Optom / B.Sc. Optometry
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused approach with an interest in eye care.
Comfortable working in a technology-enabled/virtual consultation setting.
Candidates should be willing to work from the Kochi location.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
