Roles and Responsibilities:
-Supervise and execute road construction activities at site.
Expertise in road leveling, grading, earthwork and subgrade preparation.
Hands-on experience in WBM, cement concrete roads and drainage works.
Monitor road alignment, levels, thickness, compaction and quality.
Coordinate with contractors, laborers and site teams.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications and safety standards.
Maintain daily site reports, measurements and progress records.
Resolve site-level technical issues and ensure timely completion.
