Ensure timely collection of EMIs from customers.
Follow up with overdue customers and reduce delinquency levels.
Conduct field visits for collection and recovery activities.
Maintain collection efficiency as per organizational benchmarks.
Identify potential default risks and escalate accordingly.
Ensure compliance with collection processes and regulatory guidelines.
