Job Role

We are looking for a Field Executive to visit residential and commercial properties available for Sale or Rent, take transparent photos/videos, and share them with the Zorba Estates team for listings and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Visit residential and commercial properties across Bengaluru.
Visit properties available for Sale and Rent.
Take clear and good-quality photos and videos of the property.
Capture interiors, exteriors, rooms, parking, building, frontage, amenities, and surroundings.
Take photos from different angles to properly showcase the property.
Send all photos/videos to the Zorba Estates team through WhatsApp or company communication channels.
Collect basic property details during the visit.
Coordinate with property owners, tenants, or concerned persons for property access.
Use Google Maps for navigation and location tracking.




Inform the team about any important observations during the property visit.
Complete other field activities assigned by the management.

Requirements
10+2 / Any Degree.
0–4 years of experience; freshers can apply.
Personal two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
Positive smartphone handling and basic photography skills.
Comfortable travelling across Bengaluru.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Google Maps.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Kannada/Hindi/English communication is an advantage.
Responsible, punctual, and willing to work on-field.

Preferred Skills
Valuable sense of photography and framing.
Ability to capture clean and presentable property pictures.
Knowledge of Bengaluru locations is an advantage.
Previous real estate or field experience is a plus.
