Job Summary
We are looking for a WFX ERP & MES Support qualified with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in supporting WFX ERP applications. The candidate will be responsible for providing functional support, troubleshooting user issues, coordinating system enhancements, and supporting ERP/MES users across business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end functional support for WFX ERP and MES applications.
Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day user and system issues within defined SLAs.
Provide user support and guidance on ERP/MES business processes and functionalities.
Conduct user training sessions and support users in effectively using the system.
Coordinate with functional and development teams for system enhancements, bug fixes, and change requests.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate system changes before implementation.
Assist in testing and successful deployment of system enhancements.
Prepare and maintain SOPs, user manuals,
training materials, and system documentation.
Coordinate with cross-functional business and IT teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Identify prospects for system and process improvements.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in WFX ERP support is mandatory.
Good understanding of ERP and MES applications.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues.
Knowledge of UAT, testing, and change requests.
Valuable communication and user-training skills.
Ability to coordinate with business users, functional teams, and IT/development teams.
Experience in the textile/apparel/manufacturing industry will be an advantage.

Any Graduation
2–4 years of relevant experience
WFX ERP hands-on support experience is mandatory
Willingness to work from Coimbatore
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
