Job Description ; AS 400 DEVELOPER with synon
Experience: 3+years
Notice Period : Immediate
Mode:Hybrid mode.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the AS/400 / IBM i platform.
Develop programs using RPG / RPGLE / SQLRPGLE and other IBM i technologies.
Work with DB2 for i for database development, queries, stored procedures, and data management.
Develop and maintain CL/CLLE programs and job-control processes.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform application development, debugging, testing, and production support.
Troubleshoot application, database, and batch-processing issues.
Develop and maintain batch jobs, reports, interfaces, and system utilities.
Work with legacy applications written in RPG, COBOL, or CL.
Integrate AS400 applications with external systems and APIs where required.
Perform code reviews, impact analysis, and application enhancements.
Monitor system jobs and resolve job failures and performance issues.
