Description: This position acts as an interface between the mall management and the internal & external customers. In charge & supervision of Information Desk, Food Court, Car Parking, Security, House Keeping, Maintenance etc.

Shall devise systems and procedures to ensure customers delight.

KRAs :
Manage Information desk operations
Ensure proper floor management
Ensure timely MIS and reporting
Ensure appropriate vendor management
Manage the inventory of consumables
Train & brief outsourced agencies & staff
Ensure delightful customer experience at all touch points
Ensure Safety compliance on each floor
Responsible for overall parking operations
Ensure fixed asset maintenance
Smooth operations of the events
