7+ years of RPA development experience on UI Path (Primary) & Blue Prism (Secondary)
2 years expereince on GenAI , Agentic AI
RPA L2/L3 Support experience is positive to have
Having RPA + GenAI, Ui path Agents experience is a plus
Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering or Information Technology
Good Understanding of exception handling best practices in an RPA environment
Positive Understanding of how Blueprism & UI Path interfaces with business applications via APIs, Surface Automation
Valuable knowledge in preparation of process design document, Technical specification document (TSD), Interface specification documents (ISD) and Test Plan/Report
Experience with HTTP, REST, RESTful, JSON API services in a programming language.
Experience in CI/ CD, DevOps & Jenkins
Exposure to .NET Technologies, C#.Net, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, Web Services
Valuable understanding of front, middle and back office Business processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective team member and capable of self-directed work
Time management skills and the ability to simultaneously work on multiple deliverables
