Job Description

Aviigroup is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth across Rewari, Kosli and Bawal.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage and motivate the sales team.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Train and guide sales representatives and field agents.
Conduct market visits and identify current business opportunities.
Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements




Previous experience in sales management or a similar role.
Solid communication and leadership skills.
Positive knowledge of the local market.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to manage a field sales team.
Candidates from Rewari, Kosli or Bawal are preferred.

Compensation

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience + attractive incentives.

Locations: Rewari, Kosli & Bawal only.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
