Hiring for Plant Head at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan
15+ years of relevant experience in PP, PVC compounding, Masterbatch
manufacturing.
Minimum 5 years in a plant management, senior production or operations leadership role preferred. Experience in PVC compounding will be strongly preferred.
Solid practical knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management
Systems (QMS) is essential. Develop and implement standardized SOPs, Work Instructions, Process Control Plans. Develop, implement and maintain the plant Quality Management System (QMS). Establish and maintain SOPs.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
Experience:
PVC Compounding: 10 years (Preferred)
Plant Head: 8 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
