We are looking for a friendly, confident, and responsible Receptionist to join our team at Revive Fitness.

Job Responsibilities
Welcome and assist gym members and visitors.
Handle front-desk operations and member enquiries.
Manage membership registrations, renewals, and payments.
Answer phone calls and respond to WhatsApp enquiries.
Maintain member records and basic administrative work.
Coordinate with trainers and management.
Follow up with leads and potential members.
Maintain a clean, skilled, and welcoming reception area.

Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to communicate in English and Malayalam.




Customer-service oriented and presentable.
Previous experience in a gym, fitness centre, reception, or customer service is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
