Job Description

Visual Vibrations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations for our new Raipur branch.

The candidate will work closely with the Branch Manager, Nagpur Finance Team and Head Office to ensure accurate accounting, documentation, collections and branch financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting activities for the branch.
Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
Maintain petty cash and branch expenses.
Record customer collections and payments.
Follow up on outstanding receivables as required.
Assist with bank reconciliation.
Maintain purchase, sales and expense records.
Coordinate with vendors for invoices and payment documentation.
Verify bills, supporting documents and approvals.
Maintain proper accounting documentation.
Assist in GST-related documentation and compliance activities.




Prepare daily/weekly/monthly branch reports.
Coordinate with Head Office Finance for accounting requirements.
Maintain accurate Excel/ERP/Tally records.
Support month-end closing and reconciliation activities.

Required Skills
Basic accounting knowledge.
Tally / ERP experience.
Positive Excel skills.
Understanding of GST and invoicing.
Bank reconciliation.
Accounts payable and receivable.
Petty cash management.
Positive numerical and analytical ability.
Attention to detail.
Valuable documentation discipline.

Preferred Experience

Experience in:
Retail
Interior
Furniture
Construction
Project-based businesses
Showroom operations

will be an advantage.

Practical Assessment

Candidates may be required to complete a short Excel/accounting practical test during the recruitment process.

Education

B.Com / M.Com / relevant accounting qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹9,921.18 - ₹26,508.77 per month
