Convert leads and prospects into regular customers.
Expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
Customer Handling & Relationship Management
Visit existing and potential customers.
Understand their requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Maintain skilled relationships and generate repeat business and upselling opportunities.
Product Promotion & Demonstration
Explain product features, advantages, pricing, and applications.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Communicate the value of healthcare products effectively.
Sales & Target Achievement
Follow up on leads, quotations, and prospects.
Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.




Develop opportunities to increase territory sales.
After-Sales Support
Coordinate orders, deliveries, training, payments, and customer requirements.
Resolve customer queries by coordinating with internal teams.
Ensure a positive customer experience.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Track competitor products, pricing, promotions, and activities.
Collect customer and market feedback.
Identify recent market prospects and changing customer needs.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily visit reports, sales reports, lead status, and customer records.
Regularly update the reporting manager about sales performance and market developments.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams.
