About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Client Relationship Executive who can manage client communication, understand their requirements, and coordinate with the relevant internal teams to ensure smooth execution of work.

This is a general client management role and is not limited to marketing or social media. The candidate may work with different types of clients and handle varied requirements, making adaptability, communication, and coordination key to the role.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact for clients and maintain professional communication.
Understand client requirements, expectations, and priorities.
Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure client requirements are addressed effectively.
Follow up on ongoing tasks, deliverables, and timelines.
Keep clients updated on progress and communicate any changes or concerns.
Handle client queries and coordinate with the relevant team for resolutions.
Build and maintain strong, qualified client relationships.




Maintain records of client communication, requirements, and follow-ups.
Manage multiple clients and tasks while ensuring timely execution.
Take ownership of assigned client requirements from start to completion.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
1+ year of experience in client handling, customer relationship management, sales, coordination, operations, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to understand and handle different types of client requirements.
Comfortable working with multiple teams and managing multiple tasks.
Proactive, adaptable, and client-focused approach.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
