About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team in recruitment and day-to-day HR activities. This internship will provide practical exposure to Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Onboarding, Attendance, and HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia, Apna, and other job portals.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist with the joining and onboarding process of recent employees.
Collect and maintain employee documents and records.
Assist in maintaining attendance and leave records.
Support HR team in employee engagement activities.
Prepare daily/weekly recruitment and HR reports.
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams regarding interview and joining updates.




Assist with other day-to-day HR and administrative activities.

Requirements
Graduate or pursuing BMS/MMS/BBA/MBA – HR or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
