Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Marketing Executive to support the company’s marketing and business development activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to promote products or services and generate recent business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and market the company’s products and services to potential customers.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Visit customers, clients, and business locations when required.
Make follow-up calls and coordinate with prospective customers.
Support sales activities and help achieve monthly business targets.
Prepare and maintain customer and marketing records.
Coordinate with the sales and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor competitors and provide feedback to management.
Prepare regular marketing and activity reports.
Participate in exhibitions, events, meetings, and promotional activities.
Perform other marketing duties assigned by management.

Requirements
12th pass, Diploma, or any degree.




Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and convincing abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field activities.
Previous marketing or sales experience is an advantage.
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.

Salary

Salary will be based on experience and company standards. Performance-based incentives and travel allowances may be provided as per company policy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
