Key Responsibilities:
Drive client acquisition and expand sales pipeline within the FS GCC/Captive ecosystem
Hunt for new business opportunities while growing existing strategic accounts
Build strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders
Lead end-to-end sales lifecycleu2014from lead generation and proposals to closures and collections
Collaborate with internal solution teams to deliver tailored, consultative solutions
Develop account strategies, relationship maps, and chance pipelines
Facilitate client planning workshops and drive strategic prospect conversion
Stay ahead of industry trends and represent the organization at key GCC industry events
Were Looking For:
68 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
Strong experience working with Global Capability Centers (GCCs), GICs, or Captive Centers
Proven success in consultative selling and achieving revenue targets




Robust network with decision-makers in the GCC ecosystem
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, presentation, and storytelling skills
Experience in professional services or consulting; Big 4 experience is highly preferred
Familiarity with contracting (MSA, local agreements) and major technology platforms/OEM offerings
Bachelors degree in Business or Technology (MBA preferred)
