As a Salesforce Developer, you will design, develop, and configure Salesforce applications to align with business processes and deliver high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design develop Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Review, optimize, and maintain high-quality code
Troubleshoot and debug application issues
Perform impact analysis for enhancements and changes
Create technical designs based on business requirements
Customize Salesforce platform to meet organizational needs
Required Technical Skills
Minimum 23 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
At least 1 Salesforce Certification
Robust expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL
Experience in Salesforce configuration: Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes
Knowledge of REST SOAP API integrations
Understanding of Salesforce Security Model, Data Model, and Object Management




Experience with field-level security sharing settings
Good to Have
Experience with Lightning Aura Components Visualforce Pages
Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks
Qualified Skills
Excellent communication and client interaction skills
Ability to work in client-facing roles
Experience with Agile methodologies
