About the Company:

Position: Stores - Spares/Job Works

Location: Jainpur, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day stores operations for spare parts.
Handling receipt, inspection, storage and issue of spares.
Maintaining and monitoring spares inventory and stock levels.
Conducting physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Monitoring stock shortages, excess and slow/non-moving inventory.
Issuing spare parts to Maintenance/Engineering and Production teams.
Maintaining documentation for material receipt, issue and return.
Coordinating with Purchase, Maintenance, Production and vendors for timely availability of spares.
Maintaining proper bin management, material identification and traceability.
Handling job-work material movement and tracking, wherever applicable.
Ensuring adherence to 5S, safety and store discipline.
Working on SAP/ERP for stores and inventory-related transactions
