HR Operations
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
Robust knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Experience in attendance and time office management.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS.
Familiarity with HRMS/SAP will be an added advantage.
Positive communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively with different departments.
Solid documentation and record-management skills.

Experience
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR, Recruitment, Time Office, and HR Operations.
Experience in a manufacturing/FMCG environment will be preferred.

Educational Qualification
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
Graduation in any discipline with relevant HR experience may also be considered.
