Key Responsibilities:
Legal Business Experience
Robust experience in Business Legal matters with a focus on property and mortgage transactions .
Vetting and verification of original property documents to ensure transparent and marketable title.
Preparation and review of Title Search Reports (TSR) and related legal due diligence.
Legal Knowledge Compliance
Well-versed with relevant laws including:
Transfer of Property Act
Registration Act
Indian Contract Act
Other applicable local building laws, mortgage, and property-related regulations .
Ensure compliance with State-specific property laws and government regulations.
Vendor (Lawyer) Management
Empanelment, coordination,



and performance management of external lawyers and legal firms.
Liaison with external counsel for drafting, vetting, and execution of legal documents.
Transaction DocumentationHandling
Oversight of Re-sale transactions , Mortgage Deed Execution , Equitable Mortgage , and Drafting/Vetting of Legal Documents .
