Role & responsibilities
Support process development, process improvement and current product development.
Assist in preparing Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, SOPs and Work Instructions.
Conduct time study, line balancing and productivity improvement activities.
Support Kaizen, 5S, TPM, Poka-Yoke and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
Assist in reducing rejection, rework, cycle time and process costs.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and NPD teams.
Support process trials, validation and engineering changes.
Maintain process documentation and MIS reports.
Ensure adherence to IATF 16949 and safety/quality standards.

B.E./B.Tech Mechanical / Production / Automobile
