About this role

You will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementation of RF hardware for our cutting-edge products that meet the rigorous demands of up-to-date technology systems.
Design and develop RF hardware, including circuits, PCBs, transmitters, receivers, power amplifiers, and LNAs
Design and develop phased array antennas
Conduct simulations and analyses to optimize RF system performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF hardware into broader systems
Perform tests and troubleshoot RF hardware to ensure functionality and compliance with regulatory standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in RF technology.

Must haves
15+ years of proven experience in RF hardware design and development
Robust understanding of RF theory, principles, and techniques
Proficiency in RF design software, such as ADS, HFSS, or CST
Experience with RF test equipment,



including network analyzers and spectrum analyzers
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Bonus points for
Experience in designing and developing radar systems
Knowledge of radar architectures, including pulsed, continuous wave (CW), and frequency-modulated continuous wave (FMCW) radars
Understanding of antenna design principles for radar applications
Familiarity with radar performance metrics, such as range resolution, Doppler resolution, and sensitivity
