We are looking for a CRM + Copilot Developer to build and enhance CRM solutions with AI-powered automation and intelligent customer insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize CRM solutions and workflows.
Build AI Copilot features using LLMs, APIs, and automation.
Integrate CRM with third-party applications and business systems.
Implement AI capabilities such as summarization, recommendations, lead scoring, and automated responses.
Ensure solution security, scalability, and performance.
Required Skills:
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or Zoho.
Knowledge of AI/LLMs, APIs, automation, and cloud technologies.
Robust programming and integration skills.
Valuable understanding of sales/customer-service processes.
