Role & responsibilities
Lead maintenance activities for the solar cell manufacturing line.
Ensure maximum equipment availability, reliability and OEE.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
Lead installation, commissioning and stabilization of current cell manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, automation and process equipment issues.
Coordinate with OEMs, equipment suppliers and technology partners for technical support.
Develop maintenance schedules, SOPs, checklists and equipment history records.
Monitor MTBF, MTTR, OEE, breakdowns and maintenance KPIs.
Manage critical spare parts and maintenance inventory.
Identify recurring equipment failures and implement RCA / CAPA.
Support equipment modification and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with EHS, electrical safety and maintenance standards.
Lead and develop the maintenance team, technicians and engineers.
Coordinate closely with Production, Process Engineering, Automation, Quality and EHS teams.
