Value Spectrum Technologies is looking for an experienced Lead Golang Developer to drive the design and development of scalable backend applications while leading a team of engineers. This role requires a solid technical leader who can mentor developers, drive architectural decisions, and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend applications using Go (Golang).
Design and build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices.
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of backend developers, ensuring high engineering standards.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Frontend Developers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize application performance.
Design scalable database solutions using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Drive technical discussions, architectural decisions,



and development planning.
Ensure adherence to secure coding practices, coding standards, and CI/CD processes.
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical roadmap discussions.

Required Skills
10+ years of software development experience.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Go (Golang) development.
Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams.
Solid expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
Solid understanding of Go concurrency (goroutines and channels).
Robust experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
