Job Description Talent Acquisition
Manage the End-to-End recruitment process, from manpower requisition and job description creation through sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and joining.
Develop transparent and effective Job Descriptions (JDs) based on business requirements and hiring specifications.
Publish job openings across appropriate job portals, skilled networks, social media, and recruitment channels.
Source and identify suitable candidates through direct sourcing, databases, referrals, job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical qualifications, experience, industry exposure, and organizational requirements.
Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments and coordinate technical/functional interviews with relevant stakeholders.
