We are looking for a seasoned MBO & Distribution Head to lead offline growth across multi-brand outlets, distributors, and large retail formats across India.

This role will drive sales growth, retail expansion, channel profitability, and on-groun • Drive primary and secondary sales growth across MBO and distribution channels nationally. • Expand retail footprint across MBOs, footwear retailers, and lifestyle chains. • Build and manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, and regional retail partners. • Develop market expansion strategies across Metro, Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities. • Lead trade negotiations including commercial terms, visibility, trade schemes, and assortments. • Oversee inventory planning, replenishment, and sell-through optimization across channels. • Strengthen retail visibility through POSM, VM execution, and regional activations. • Monitor channel profitability, trade spends, collections, and business performance metrics. • Build solid sales processes, mentor teams, and collaborate cross-functionally for execution excellence.
