Salary & Incentives

Freshers: 26,500 CTC + 2,500 Monthly PLI

Experienced Candidates (Minimum 6 Months): 27,000 CTC + 3,000 Monthly PLI

For outstation candidates,7 days' accommodation & Travel tickets (Bus/Train) will be provided.*

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through inbound international calls.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain a customer-focused approach throughout the interaction.

Candidate Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English.
Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.
Freshers are welcome.

Cab Facility
Morning shifts: No cab facility.
Shifts starting after 2 PM: Cab facility is available

Significant Note
No leave will be allowed during the initial 3 months.
Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
