Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially minded Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8+ years of expertise, specifically within the food manufacturing, processing, or FMCG distribution sectors. In this role, you will lead our Finance & Accounts team, oversee plant and manufacturing cost accounting, ensure strict statutory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to optimize profitability, supply chain efficiency, and business growth.
Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the organization.
Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations by preparing and filing tax returns on time.
Analyze financial performance using key indicators such as ROI (Return on Investment) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Provide strategic guidance on finance-related matters to support business growth.
