Reports To

Head - Quality

Responsibilities
Carry out PDI inspection as per Customer specification.
Carry out FQC inspection as per control plan
Carry out in process inspection as per control plan
Responsible for maintaining records and documents as per IATF 16949:2016 requirement.
Calibration and maintenance of measuring equipment s in Quality
Root cause analysis for cost of poor quality on shop floor
Any other assignments given by HOD

Skills
Basic knowledge of Quality Control and Manufacturing Processes.
Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, Fishbone and Pareto is preferred.
Basic understanding of IATF 16949, Control Plan, PFMEA and Inspection Standards.




Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Positive observation, communication and documentation skills.
Willingness to work on the shop floor and learn manufacturing processes.

Education Experience
B Tech/BE in Electrical/Electronic engineering or comparable study paths
3- 4years in Quality, preferably in battery/Li-ion/lead-acid manufacturing
