Roles and Responsibility
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to servers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement recent server solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation of server configurations and procedures.
Provide technical support and training to junior team members.
Participate in the development of best practices for server management.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Job Requirements
Solid knowledge of server operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
Experience with server hardware and software, including configuration and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with backup and recovery technologies is an added advantage.
