We are looking for a motivated US Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, qualifying, and placing healthcare professionals across the US, with a primary focus on RN's, Travel Nurses, Pharmacists, Radiologists and Allied Healthcare specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, job boards, and social media.
Strong social media searches and solid candidate engaging skills.
Recruit RNs, LPNs/LVNs, Allied Health professionals, and other healthcare candidates.
Conduct candidate screening, qualification, and interview coordination.
Verify skills, experience, licenses, certifications, and availability.




Work with VMS/MSP platforms and healthcare staffing systems.
Maintain accurate candidate information and activity in ATS.
Build strong candidate relationships and maintain a continuous talent pipeline.
Coordinate submissions, interviews, offers, and onboarding activities.
Meet daily/weekly sourcing, submission, and placement targets.

Preferred Skills: Excellent communication, robust sourcing skills, US healthcare recruiting knowledge, negotiation skills, and willingness to work US night shifts.
