Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Manage every aspect related to Patients right from the patients'' entry into the clinic, to their exit.
Interact with Counsel Patients.
Handle Patients'' grievances/complaints/issues, and escalate it through the right channel, whenever needed.
Create, maintain, update Patients database on a regular basis.
Effective management of the Front Desk.
Handle the clinic team, comprising of the PSE(s) Accounts Executive(s).
Multitask to ensure smooth clinic functioning.
Maintain the desired hygiene cleanliness standards of the clinic, and ensure the overall upkeep of the clinic
