Role & responsibilities
Prepare Purchase Orders with correct rates, quantities, and terms.
Find and develop suitable vendors.
Collect and compare quotations.
Negotiate rates and purchase terms with vendors.
Follow up with vendors for order status and delivery.
Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements.
Maintain purchase records, vendor details, quotations, and POs.
Ensure timely availability of required materials.
Maintain professional relationships with vendors.
Preferred candidate profile
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Outlook, and Email.
Valuable vendor coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements.
