Reviewing NDAs and NCAs forwarded by vendors.
Preparing C2C MSAs and SOWs for placements with our clients.
Knowledge of performing BGCs for W2 and C2C candidates.
Robust communication skills.
Ensuring contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
