Solid hands-on expertise in ServiceNow SPM platform configuration and implementation and Agentic AI with Custom Application Development experience.
Proficient in developing Flow Designer workflows, Workspace features, and platform integrations for enterprise use cases.
Working knowledge of CMDB fundamentals, including data model basics and configuration item relationships.
Experience in building and supporting ServiceNow CSM and portal development solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
Experience
SPM Developer (4+ years)
Agentic AI with Custom Application Development experience
